No one should suffer in silence

Teamwork makes the dream work

We exist because too many of our nation’s warriors, first responders and families can become lost, disconnected, and burdened by trauma, with no clear path forward. The scars of service—both seen and unseen—can distort their internal compass, leading to pain, isolation, and, for too many, the tragic choice of suicide.

We refuse to let those who have sacrificed so much suffer in silence. Our mission is to help recalibrate that internal navigational beacon, providing the space, tools, and guidance necessary for deep healing and renewed purpose.

Our Why

17.6 Veteran Suicides Daily

(2024 report)

A statistic that is not just unacceptable, but a crisis demanding urgent action. Those who have served our country deserve more than to battle their demons alone, struggling with trauma, pain, and a loss of purpose.

No warrior should be left behind—we are here to help change the narrative.

"I've spent my life navigating chaos, loss, and the battlefield—both overseas and at home. I know what it feels like to lose your way, to carry scars too deep for others to see. That’s why I’m here—to help others recalibrate their compass, find their true North again, and step forward with purpose, because no one should have to walk this path alone."

Law enforcement officers face a 54 percent higher risk of dying by suicide

(Violanti & Steege, 2021)

Police officers face intense stress, trauma, and life-or-death decisions daily, yet the hidden battle often takes place off duty. The suicide rate among law enforcement is alarmingly high, with more officers lost to suicide than in the line of duty.

This crisis is a clear sign that traditional support systems are failing those who protect us.

Firefighters and first responders operate in high-stress, high-trauma environments, often witnessing tragedy and loss on a regular basis.

With limited outlets for processing these experiences, many turn to alcohol as a coping mechanism, leading to alarmingly high rates of substance abuse in these professions. While alcohol may temporarily numb the pain, it does nothing to heal the underlying trauma.

At Operation Restored Compass, we offer a healthier, more effective path to recovery—helping first responders break free from destructive cycles through psychedelic-assisted therapy, resiliency training, and holistic wellness.

True healing begins when we address the root cause, not just the symptoms.
